The survey also found that 96.9 percent of employers stillbelieve a good benefits program helps draw in quality employeeswhile 93.8 percent believe offering good benefits is key to keepingthose employees. Employers also say they are not fully prepared forthe complex legislative and regulatory requirements placed uponthem.

Still, nearly 75 percent of the employers said they would likegovernment to require the disclosure of cost and qualityinformation of hospitals and physicians.
