The employee benefits industry has faced enormous challenges and multiple disruptions in recent years. But if there's one thing we've learned, it's that advisors and others in the benefits community excel when it comes to creating opportunity and growth during times of upheaval. We are proud to introduce an exciting new recognition program — BenefitsPRO LUMINARIES — which will celebrate top benefits professionals and organizations that strive to transform and humanize the benefits business and set a bright example within the industry. The program will showcase brokers/consultants/advisors, carriers, HR professionals and plan sponsors, retirement advisors/financial planners, and TPAs/professional services based on their achievements in four key areas:

• Diversity & inclusion 
• Education & communication 
• Leadership  
• Humanizing benefits

There is no cost to participate and nominations will now be accepted through June 16.

The program and its related coverage will help highlight the impacts that BenefitsPRO LUMINARIES honorees are making on the industry and those they serve, while also sharing the many innovative and exciting ways in which they are moving the employee benefits, human resources and retirement industries toward a more dynamic and inclusive future. 

What Makes the LUMINARIES unique

Rather than focusing on factors like compensation levels or client size, our awards and coverage ​will highlight how leading benefits professionals are moving their industries toward a brighter future and producing meaningful results in the areas that matter most to employers, employees and the future of the benefits and health care landscape​. 

Winners will be selected by a distinguished and diverse panel of judges from across the industry with input from our editorial team. Their stories will be told through online and print coverage, profiles, social media campaigns and conversations.
