Scott Conard, MD, DABFP, FAAFM is the Co-Founder & Partner of Converging Health, LLC, a technology-empowered consulting and services company. Dr. Conard operates at the intersection of clinical medicine, advanced analytics, medical group leadership, and business strategy. He began his journey as a solo practitioner, eventually growing his medical practice to over 510 clinicians over 20 years. This practice evolved into a value-based integrated delivery network (IDN) that significantly reduced care costs through prevention and proactive engagement. After the practice was acquired by a hospital system, Dr. Conard became the Chief Medical Officer for a brokerage/consulting firm and led an innovation lab focused on effective health risk reduction interventions.

Jason Chirichigno, MD, MA | Digital Clinical Systems Leader | Galileo
Jason Chirichigno, MD, MA is a practicing board certified internal medicine physician and Galileo’s digital clinical systems leader. Prior to joining Galileo he was the District Medical Director for One Medical’s Los Angeles district, supporting 11 offices and over 50 providers. Jason received his BS from Cornell University, his MA from Boston University School of Medicine and his MD from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital where he was Intern and Resident of the year and served as assistant chief.
