Employees struggle with financial health

Seventy percent of HR managers described their employees as being somewhat financially literate.

ORLANDO, Fla. – How is the financial health of employees nationwide?

Not so good, considering HR professionals uttered a collective “meh” when describing the financial health of their employees, with 61 percent of managers surveyed saying it’s no better than fair, according to the latest research from the Society for Human Resource Management on Wednesday.
