“Immediate actions driven by the Affordable Care Act have subsided, and most employers are not making significant changes to their benefits programs next year,” said Craig Rosenberg, Health & Welfare Benefits Administration practice leader at Aon Hewitt. “However, it’s still important for employees to review all of their benefit options, because these decisions impact not only their wallets but their overall wellbeing.
