UNCLE! Not sure about you, but the hits just kept coming in 4th Quarter and I’m running on fumes. I have talked to so many people in and out of our industry and it’s just been brutal. One of the attorneys I work with shared an article she read talking about how going from high alert to the unpredictability of now has just worn people slick.
One of the things I have been so grateful for, especially during this 4th Quarter hell, has been the women who came out of this series and the leaders of our Wonder Woman Taskforce. We have become such peer mentors for each other and have a group text where we share wins as well as frustrations. It pulls me up when I need it most!
I’m not going to lie, I’ve been in a bad head space, being pulled in so many directions, not only in business but my personal life. I often feel like I’m spinning plates and know one will surely fall. I decided to have a heart to heart with myself and try to flip the switch to focus on gratitude. This leads me to the features for this month! I’ve tapped our Wonder Woman Taskforce ladies to share their biggest accomplishment this year and is one of their goals for 2022!
