WASHINGTON – Callahan & Associates' online HR service, Jobs.CreditUnions.com, is a year old this month. The site has been free for both employers and job seekers, and will continue to be free, according to Callahan, however, it has launched an enhanced membership for employers for $795 a year. The enhanced membership includes access to a monthly HR newsletter written by Rhonda Cooke, of HR consulting firm Cook/Andres; templates for HR policies; performance evaluation samples; salary and compensation survey data; an HR forum; model CU job descriptions; and others. The site is logging about 600 user sessions a week, with 250 employers having so far posted 540 job listings. The site has 350 registered job seekers. Job seekers can remain anonymous if they so choose. Callahan's Chris Lemos said the site is planning a salary survey of 36 different CU job titles. The results will be available to members of the enhanced version.
