ATLANTA – Can a member be guaranteed 100% satisfaction with their check order? John Harland Company says they can. The company has introduced Performance GuaranteeT that allows consumers who have a problem with their check order to call a dedicated toll-free number to speak directly with a Harland representative. Harland will issue a new check order, no questions asked. The program is marketed through an insert in check orders of participating financial institutions and is available only for consumers whose initial check orders are produced by Harland. Financial using the Performance GuaranteeT program will receive a monthly report showing the number of calls Harland has received, as well as the issues and changes that generated the calls.
