ALEXANDRIA, Va.-The July NCUA Board meeting was potentially NCUA Board Member Yolanda Wheat's last. Wheat's term expires the beginning of August, but she told Credit Union Times that she has not heard anything from the White House asking her to make room for a successor. "I've always known when my term ends," Wheat said. "I'm ready to serve until my successor is named and confirmed." For further comment on her feelings about her possible last board meeting, she replied, "Ask me in September."
