RALEIGH, N.C. – GE Mortgage Insurance hopes to have the inside track to what its customers want. The company has added "Ask Us", an online information resource, to its Web site. Users can choose to chat online with an expert for immediate feedback; contact a sales person, underwriting specialist by telephone; or e-mail questions or comments through a customer program that routes them directly to the most appropriate subject experts. Chat icons can be found throughout the Web site for added user convenience. The chat feature is available Monday -Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time. While most questions can be answered on the spot, technical experts can also be paged to collaborate on answers to unusual or highly technical questions. "Ask Us" also features a comprehensive phone directory for all GE Mortgage Insurance sales personnel and underwriting offices.
