First Financial Credit Union, West Covina, Calif., has promoted Robert Behrens to vice president of risk management. Riverside County's Credit Union, Calif., has named Ann Grafsky assistant vice president for strategic planning and Elaine Walker assistant vice president for branch operations. Redwood Credit Union, Santa Rosa, Calif., has named Renee Guerin RCU Services Group President/CEO. In addition, RCU has appointed the following officers to the RCU Services Group board: Debra Watts, chairperson; Greg McGuirk, vice chairman; June Steeves, secretary; Dave Imoto, treasurer; and Rod Dole, director.
