SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The solutions of CGI's credit union processing unit, formerly C.U. Processing, have attained ISO 9001 certification, making it the first CU core processor to do so. "By being the first to take this step, we hope to send the message that quality counts here, and we're keeping track," said Dave Palmer, senior vice president and general manager, credit unions solutions and services for CGI. CGI will have to use systematic procedures and documentation including internal, external, corporate audits, and monthly reports to maintain the certification.
