TAMPA, Florida – Don West, Vice President of Client Services for State National Companies and immediate past president of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA), gave the keynote address at the Technology Decisions (TechDEC) Exposition and Conference held earlier this month in Tampa. West presented a checklist for making strategic technology decisions to a group of IT professionals. "Realize that not all emerging technology will deliver a true benefit. Take a second look to make sure you're creating adaptive architecture that makes sense for your company," West stressed.
