PASADENA, Calif. – Los Angeles Firemen have made the holidays a little bit easier for those New York Fire Department families still putting their lives back together. Through a fund established by the Los Angeles Firemen's Credit Union, the Los Angeles City Fire Department has raised $2.25 million to benefit the Uniformed Firefighters Association Widows and Children's Fund. Firefighters here designed memorial bracelets and T-shirts while coordinating fundraisers throughout Southern California. More than 100 off duty firefighters flew to New York to present their donation
