<p>Lincoln Chapter of Credit Unions, Neb., has awarded three scholarships to the following Lincoln residents: Pam Laws, $1,250; Susan Walsh, $750; and Gina Morgan, $500. The Credit Unions for Higher Education Scholarship Essay Contest was open to credit union members who are also part-time or full-time college or trade school students. The authors used their creativity to pen a 500-word composition about the "Benefits of Being a Credit Union Member." A total of 63 entries were received from 12 participating credit unions.</p>
