<p>RICHMOND, Va. – Delegate Preston Bryant (R-23) introduced a bill that would give state-chartered credit unions the same requirements for reserve transfers as federal credit unions. The State Corporation Commission already approved a regulation that gives state-chartered credit unions parity with FCUs with regard to reserve transfer requirements. Bryant's measure would serve as added security for state-chartered credit unions.</p>
