<p>BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – From bits and bytes at credit unions to dinner and dessert in Beverly Hills. Digital Insight co-founder Paul Fiore, who is still a director with DI, is a one-third owner in Chadwick of Beverly Hills, an upscale restaurant opened a year and a month ago. Chadwick's co-chef is Benjamin Ford, son of actor Harrison Ford, who also has an interest in the restaurant. Fiore said this is just one of some entertainment-related industry private investments he has made in recent years. Fiore, a former XP Systems employee who co-founded DI, served as president/CEO before giving up the position to former Oracle exec John Dorman. Fiore, who turned 37 last week, said he is enjoying his free time, recently taking a month to ride his motorcycle from New York to Florida to Los Angeles with his brother. Just released insider share transaction data from the SEC shows Fiore sold over $3.5 million worth of Digital Insight stock in 2001.</p>
