<p>ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Fast Company readers have named Pentagon Federal Credit Union President/CEO Frank Pollack as one of the magazine's "Fast 50 Champions of Innovation." Ranked third, Pollack was recognized for "rallying his troops around a balanced scorecard that puts member satisfaction first, employee satisfaction second, and financial performance third." In addition, Pollack was singled out for the "loyalty and commitment to his staff" as demonstrated by instituting a safe pay policy, which guarantees an employee's current salary regardless of a change in responsibilities and making sure employees enjoy a balanced life by encouraging them to leave work on time.
