Another primary, another Republican campaign resuscitated.

As a Republican presidential candidate, he, of course, supports covering the uninsured without raising taxes or creating a government-controlled system. Romney also wants to keep his state-level streak alive by pushing states to develop their own plans to cover the uninsured using conservative market-based approaches.
But Romney is also a Republican with a heart of gold, backing greater financial aid for uninsured Americans to help them buy private insurance on their own.
It sounds scary, but Romney has managed to make it palatable for both Democrats and Republicans. On the other hand, Massachusetts isn't exactly known for its tax-friendly atmosphere. But it's tough not to appreciate his state-level perspective.
But we'll see who wins in Nevada, it could very well be someone else entirely.
