Approximately 20 percent of employees regularly meet co-workers for drinks after work.
Of those, 21 percent feel it is good for networking, although 85 percent admit it hasn't helped them in their career.
15 percent of employees go to hear office gossip, while 13 percent go because they feel obligated.
