Mutual of Omaha is working with PMFM Inc. to offer employers a new feature on 401(k) plans to make retirement saving easier. Plan sponsors can elect the Manage It For Me(R) feature from 401k Toolbox(R) which allows participants to take advantage of professional account management, providing customized portfolio selection and ongoing monitoring.
The new 401k Toolbox feature also meets the criteria of a qualified default investment alternative, a default investment option that provides plan sponsors with fiduciary protection, as outlined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
