From the "first date" dress code to free-drinks Fridays, one company goes above and beyond to make it's employees happy, according to the Toronto Star. But, with a name like I Love Rewards, that should come as no surprise. The Toronto-based company, which builds customized Web-based rewards and recognition programs, offers several extra perks to drive specific behaviors.

I Love Rewards uses a point system that allows employees to earn points which can be redeemed for items like iPods, cameras or gift certificates. Additionally, employees get four weeks of vacation and paid time off to volunteer. As a matter of fact the company turns volunteering into a team-building exercise by taking a day to volunteer together. To top it all off employees gather each week for a round of drinks on the company to recognize any achievements during the week, from new clients to promotions and birthdays.
