Transcend Technologies Group Inc. recently announced the upgrade of benefitsCONNECT, the company's Web-based benefits enrollment and administration system. The upgrade includes a new user interface, and optimized hardware and software to increase system performance.
The modernized interface displays organized system reports and new graphics related to the company's marketing Web site.
"Our core competency is software as a service for benefits administration," said Troy Underwood, CEO of Transcend Technologies Group. "To meet this objective, we strive to continuously improve our products and their platforms in addition to our customer's experience. Releasing benefitsCONNECT(R) version 4.0 is an improvement in the product and its platform and will ultimately enable users to experience more efficient enrollments."
