In case you haven't noticed, there's more to a savvy Internet presence than a single, static Web site. A consistent e-mail or e-newsletter strategy is an effective — and cost efficient — way to keep in touch with clients and employees.
And have you checked out these social networking sites? And, no, they're not just for tweens or lonely geeks, either. I would skip the chaotic banality of sites like MySpace, but portals such as Facebook and LinkedIn offer genuine communites to make new contacts and extend your own marketing efforts at a fraction of the cost.
Thinking outside the box might just be about getting a better grasp of the one sitting on your desk.
