The Newport Group is the latest company to reach out to its Spanish-speaking community with a Spanish language Web site and materials. The Orlando-based retirement services firm now offers enrollment kits in Spanish, and bilingual benefit and investment specialists available through Newport's Client Service Center.

The Web site, plandestination.com, can be instantly translated by clicking the "En Espa?ol" link at the top of the home page. The site features educational materials, and account information, such as current balances; participants and sponsors can also use the site to complete transactions.
