• Nearly three-quarters of employees think accessing social networking sites at work poses some risk for their employer's reputation, but 27 percent say they post content without thinking of the ethical consequences, and over one-third don't consider their bosses, colleagues or clients.
  • Only 23 percent of companies surveyed have formal social networking policies, and 30 percent informally monitor their employees' use of social networking sites.
  • Over 60 percent of employees say they won't change what they're doing online even if their employers are watching.
  • Still, 52 percent of workers say they do not use social networking sites during work hours.
