Health care reform goes dark

So much for transparency.

Congressional Democrats are so close to health care reform now they can taste it. And it must be driving them nuts (like the way my son starts spinning around the house when he smells cookies in the oven).

How else do you explain their sudden procedural switch – hinting they might bypass the traditional conference committee aimed at merging the House and Senate versions of health care reform to circumvent that pesky public debate?
