Nearly 20 percent of companies that offer 401(k)s changed the investment lineup as a result of economic conditions.

Nearly 20 percent of companies that offer 401(k)s changed the investment lineup as a result of economic conditions.
Over half of employers increased employee education.
Less than 10 percent added investment advice of delayed planned design changes.
Just over 3 percent hired an investment consultant.
