- Over three-quarters of employees said financial advice and guidance programs would improve their productivity.
- More than 80 percent of employees said that health and wellness programs would improve their productivity.
- 82 percent of employees said work/life balance programs would improve their productivity.
- Over one-third of employees "strongly believe" that the benefits they receive at work help them worry less about unexpected health and financial issues.
