  • 68 percent of employees said that over the last 12 months they were affected by reduced productivity as a result of worries about of job insecurity or finances, a decrease in the quality of their work, or an increase in their workload.
  • Over three-quarters of employees said financial advice and guidance programs would improve their productivity.
  • More than 80 percent of employees said that health and wellness programs would improve their productivity.
  • 82 percent of employees said work/life balance programs would improve their productivity.
  • Over one-third of employees "strongly believe" that the benefits they receive at work help them worry less about unexpected health and financial issues.
