- 94 percent of those employers believe they will implement changes by 2013 when RDS tax advantages are eliminated; 65 percent say they will do so by 2011.
- 43 percent of employers considering changes to their drug benefits will contract with a Part D Prescription Drug Plan as an alternative.
- More than one-third of employers considering changes to their drug benefits will adopt a defined contribution model.
