According to the Employee Benefit Research Institute, CDHP enrollees are more likely than traditional plan enrollees to report that they had the option to fill out a health risk assessment. Specifically, 38 percent of CDHP enrollees reported that their employer offered a health risk assessment, compared with 29 percent of traditional plan enrollees and 25 percent of HDHP enrollees.

When asked about the availability of health promotion programs, 45 percent of CDHP enrollees and 39 percent of traditional plan enrollees reported that their employer offered such a program.
