Combined Insurance Worksite Solutions and Employee Benefits Corporation of America are partnering to offer independent brokers and representatives multiple supplemental insurance products and administrative services for employers.
"We seek to provide access to high-quality, affordable employee benefit plans and a range of customer-focused services to support them," says Mark Khatib, vice president, sales and operation for EBCA. "We selected Combined Insurance Worksite Solutions for both its broad range of products and services and its extensive experience in providing and supporting these in a worksite environment."
Worksite Solutions offers various voluntary supplemental insurance products, which are entirely paid by the employee, and also provides enrollment and administration services.
If Worksite Solutions handles the enrollment, benefits communication and education for employees is offered as well. Individual information sessions with employees are hosted by Worksite Solutions to explain their employer-sponsored benefit package and the cost value of that package.
"Often employees only see the contributions they make themselves to fund their insurance and other employer-sponsored benefits," says Jaede Barg, senior vice president and managing director for Worksite Solutions. "We can help employers educate their employees on the total value of the company's investment in each worker from wages to the employer share of provided benefits. This kind of education can go a long way in helping retain or attract high-quality talent."
Combined Insurance Worksite Solutions products and services are currently offered through EBCA.
