Hylant Group recently acquired a large portion of Creative Benefits Systems, an employee benefits provider in Grand Rapids, Mich., when former CBS principals Dale DeHaan, Jim Gilbert and Charley Sclosser, along with their staff, joined the team.

In addition to traditional CBS services, its clients now have the resources available to them through Hylant's employee benefits practice as well as Hylant's other risk and industry specialty practices, including property and casualty.
