Workers favor one-on-one benefits counseling

Almost all employees who take part in individual benefits counseling sessions say they better understand their benefits, according to Colonial Life.

Almost all employees who take part in individual benefits counseling sessions say they better understand their benefits, according to Colonial Life. Forty-four percent say the sessions significantly improve their understanding, and 98 percent believe one-to-one benefits counseling is important, with 61 percent saying it is very important.
