Baden hires Brian Smith as Midwest sales manager

Baden Retirement Plan Services has appointed Brian Smith as the new sales manager in the Midwest.

Baden Retirement Plan Services has appointed Brian Smith as the new sales manager responsible for business relationships and increasing sales among insurance company and mutual fund wholesalers and financial advisors in the Midwest.

Baden is an independent third party administration firm established in 1991.

Prior to joining Baden, Smith spent 12 years in the retirement plan industry, working at Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. and Guardian Financial Services. He has experience developing retirement solutions for a wide range of qualified plans including 401(k) and profit sharing plans that are designed especially for the needs of business owners and their employees. He also specializes in helping financial advisors find opportunities to grow their practices.

Smith has a marketing degree from Ohio State University. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor (AIFA) and a Plan Sponsor Retirement Professional (PSRP).
