But the Healthcare Performance Management Institute believes companies can avoid these yearly increases—and plans to show them how in a series of free webcasts beginning July 27.
The webcasts will show both public and private-sector organizations how cloud technology can "trim their health spending by up to 25 percent and improve the health of their workforces," HPM Institute Executive Director George Pantos says.

She'll speak on the importance of analyzing health care data and implementing wellness and lifestyle-counseling programs, which can improve employee health and lower costs.
"Those who attend our webcasts this summer will discover that they have the power to control health costs," Pantos says. "HPM represents a private-sector solution to our national healthcare cost crisis. We hope that our webcast series will begin to open Americans' eyes to that fact."
