CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Another legal challenge is being filed to a federal rule requiring businesses to tell workers they have the right to unionize.
A lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court in South Carolina by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the state Chamber of Commerce.
The National Federation of Independent Business and the National Association of Manufacturers have also sued the National Labor Relations Board over the rule taking effect in November. It requires companies hang posters telling workers they have the right to unionize. But the board may not fine employers who don't comply.
