More than 5,000 new online job placements for recruiters and employment specialists were posted in September, according to WANTED Analytics, which, the company says, could mean employers plan to hire more.
Although there was a decline in comparison to the post-recession high in August, demand for these jobs has increased 10 percent versus September 2010, WANTED Analytics finds. This also accounts for more than double the volume in September 2009.
WANTED Analystics also finds the number of employers looking for recruiters is also rising. In fact, more than 2,100 employers posted new recruiter position openings in September 2011; however, only 1,180 employers were looking for the same openings during that time in 2010, and 665 employers were hiring for these positions in 2009.
