Fiduciary Plan Governance, LLC, a team of retirement plan specialists and former Department of Labor senior investigators, will host a seminar for plan sponsors and fiduciaries in Waltham, Mass., on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011.

The 2011 Retirement Plan Summit will focus on significant regulatory impacts coming for 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans and successful retirement plan outcomes. Mary W. Rosen, associate regional director of the United States Department of Labor – Employee Benefits Security Administration, will be the keynote speaker, and the Summit also will feature experts from the Internal Revenue Service, Strategic Retirement Group, Principal Financial Group and Fiduciary Plan Governance, LLC.

"Participant-directed plans like 401(k)s, 403(b)s and 457s are all facing significantly heightened disclosure and reporting requirements," said Edward M. Lynch, Jr., Fiduciary Plan Governance's founder and CEO. "This Summit is an opportunity to identify ways to meet those requirements efficiently and effectively through the practical information and resources we'll be highlighting."
