Transamerica to host benefits webinar Dec. 6

Transamerica Retirement Services will host a webinar for financial advisors and third-party administrators at 12 p.m. EST on Dec. 6. The discussion will focus on benefits issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions and the potential effect of fee disclosure regulations relating to ERISA section 408(b)(2). Attorney and author Ilene Ferenczy, an expert on employee benefits issues, will be the featured speaker.
