Transamerica expands core investment platform

Transamerica Retirement Services will expand its core investment platform by adding 38 new stock and bond investment choices.

Transamerica Retirement Services will expand its core investment platform by adding 38 new stock and bond investment choices. The enhancements will provide plan sponsors and financial advisors with a wider choice of international, emerging markets and sector equity investments, as well as short-, intermediate-, and long-term fixed income offerings, including additional Treasury Inflation Protected Securities and new floating rate investments.

“Transamerica continually reviews our investment platform in order to meet the needs of advisors, sponsors and participants.” said Stig Nybo, president of Transamerica Retirement Services. “By enhancing our equity and fixed income investment offerings, we are deepening coverage in investment styles and providing diverse investment choices for small and mid-market retirement plans.”
