Employee benefits agency Digital Insurance has acquired Strategic Employee Benefits Services of Virginia, which serves the entire state from its offices in Richmond, Charlottesville and Roanoke.
SEBS, which has offices in Richmond, Charlottesville and Roanoke, Va., will now operate under the banner of Digital Benefit Advisors, a division of Digital Insurance. President Nancy Grasso and her staff joined the new organization.
Digital Insurance executive vice president and chief marketing officer Mike Sullivan says the acquisition will provide employers with access to a wide range of carriers, dynamic tools, proprietary products and the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of health care reform.

Earlier this year, Dominion Benefits as well as CCA joined Digital Benefit Advisors, further expanding Digital's strong hold in the region.
