Transamerica Retirement Services promoted Chad Brown to division vice president for the company's Southern region. Brown will oversee all sales activities for the region and will be based in Austin, Texas. He will report to Jason Crane, senior vice president and national sales director.
"Chad is a highly accomplished sales leader with a proven track record in our industry," Crane said. "He has demonstrated an ability to build and strengthen relationships with financial advisors and third party administrators, which is a key attribute to his success and our firm's strategic plan. I'm confident that the region will continue to flourish under Chad's guidance."
Brown joined Transamerica in June 2010 and most recently served as regional vice president, overseeing sales and distribution activities in West and Central Texas.
