Aetna opened the availability of Aetna Healthy Commitments, a resource and incentive to help improve employees' health and well-being, and lower costs for its public and labor customers.
Features of the Aetna Healthy Commitments program include:
|- Guaranteed savings for employers to 2 percent on health care trend when their employees meet minimum participation levels.
- Providing customers with access to additional incentives to encourage employee participation.
Employers have the choice between two bundled packages designed to meet employers' varying needs and budgets with tools and programs to promote employee engagement and participation.
The Aetna Healthy Commitments Enhanced package includes worksite biometric screenings and member incentives. The Enhanced package also includes Aetna Health Connections Get Active! Shape Up Challenge, a new program which incorporates social networking to engage employees throughout a fitness challenge.
