North Dakota's dominant health insurer says it will work with the Legislature to craft a marketplace for patients to shop for insurance policies.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota’s dominant health insurer says it will work with the Legislature to craft a marketplace for patients to shop for insurance policies.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota President and CEO Paul von Ebers says without such legislation, more North Dakota health care decisions will be made in Washington.
