We all know LinkedIn's a boon for business, so it was only a matter of time before business owners jumped aboard the other social networks to shore up their recruiting efforts. More companies than ever before are scouring social networks for talent.
A new survey, Jobvite's Social Recruiting Survey 2012 reveals a whopping 92 percent of employers are looking for candidates online this year, a big jump over last year's 78 percent half a decade earlier.
