MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are telling New Hampshire voters that they wouldn't touch seniors' health care.
The presumptive Republican presidential ticket on Monday said President Barack Obama has already raided the Medicare funds to pay for Democrats' health care law. Ryan says Medicare should not be a piggybank that lawmakers can simply borrow from.
Ryan also says Obama also put in place a group of "15 unelected bureaucrats" who will be in charge of cutting Medicare costs more. He says that will lead to coverage denials.
