HighRoads and Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. have launched HighRoads ACA/ERISA Communications Compliance Service to help companies distribute their employee health care benefits communications in both digital and hard-copy formats.

As part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, self-insured employers and benefits managers are now required to provide their members with the new Summary of Benefits & Coverage at least 60 days in advance of all plan design changes starting Sept. 23, 2012, as well as the previously required Summary Plan Description documents. The HighRoads solution automates and supports compliance with federal regulations.

Pitney Bowes Management Services designs, implements and operates communication, document and mail management solutions. HighRoads’ SaaS-based solutions provide employers with complete benefits management capability, including benefits plan information and pricing, competitive benefits benchmarks and complete benefits management.
