Veterans Day is time to think about Americans who've made a commitment to serve their country. In the benefits industry, there's one provider who's taking the opportunity to show their commitment to veterans.
ACI Specialty Benefits, a provider of employee assistance programs based in San Diego, is launching its new veteran module. It will "include access to clinicians specialized in post-traumatic stress disorder, reintegration, family issues and other military-specific concerns," according to ACI. It will also cover "career and education referrals and resources, comprehensive referrals for community-based resources that provide low-cost to free assistance with housing, education, child care, medical needs, transportation and many other life needs," the company says.
One of the most distinctive parts of the module is ACI's dedication to communication strategies. The new veteran's module includes a heavy presence on the web, social media and multimedia.
