The Human Rights Campaign issued Sun Life Financial a top rating of 100 percent in the 2013 Corporate Equality Index. The designation puts Sun Life Financial in the organization's U.S. list of "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality" for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees.
"Sun Life Financial is honored to achieve a 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, a rating we are proud to have maintained for the past five years," said Wes Thompson, president of Sun Life Financial U.S.
